Detached House Senago

This ongoing renovation project of a three-storey detached house was designed to meet our young clients’ needs in terms of architectural and interior design, sustainability and energy efficiency improvement. The interior and the exterior spaces seamlessly blend together and create a sense of continuity. We designed a more functional internal layout to maximize the spaces and carried out the renovation of the façades, the balconies, the roof, the fences, the outdoor paving and the garden lighting. The ground floor consists of an open-space living area with a minimal kitchen, a welcoming dining room and a living room facing both the master bedroom fitted with en-suite bathroom and a guest bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor which features a large terrace, a corridor, which serves as distribution unit for the air conditioning system, and few more bedrooms. The utility rooms are located in the basement.

The choice of the colors, the materials and the finishes are thoroughly studied to be in line with minimalistic design of the house based on the color contrast between the light-colored surfaces and the finishes of the furnishings.
