We start by identifying our customers’ need, then we conduct a thorough analysis of the building and the surrounding areas in order to draft an initial design proposal, which is basically an assessment of the costs and the construction times. Afterwards, we design the project in all its details taking into account both the concept design and all the technical and engineering requirements. We always foster to combine the constructional, operational and maintenance aspects of each project with the client’s aesthetics requirements and we also deal with all the necessary paperwork in compliance with the required standards, draw detailed cost estimates and plan the on-site activities.
